Exceptional build quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This beautiful knife exceeded my expectation on first use. Not only is it built nicely, it feels good to grip and cuts nice. The overall look of knife is a plus. The full tang handle is also very nice addition for those that care.

A nice knife for a nice price

Coolest Knife Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read reviews about all the different knives so I could make my own collection. This knife definitely stood out and has been used daily. So great with veggies and having the extra width to help carry over into a bowl or pan, anything close by. It’s also very fun to use and I’m not a professional chef or cook by any means.

Great vegetable knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using this style of knife. I purchased based on the great reviews from others and it did not disappoint! Feels secure in my hand and is fun to use.

Beautiful knife

This knife is incredibly well made and finished, typical German quality. I give it four stars only because it is heavy compared to an Asian vegetable chopper with a thicker back more closely resembling a cleaver. I returned it and purchased the Milk Street version made by Zwilling as well. That was just the ticket. One note of caution. Both knives are very sharp on the top. Be very careful or ease the top edges and inside the lower bolster area.

Wow I really love this knife! Originally purchased as a vegetable knife but I've come to rely on it for just about everything. I find I don't use the tip of the chef's knife that often, and appreciate the way the Nakari can also be used to scoop and transport foods. Nice weight and well balanced, the Pro also boasts a curved bolster and curved blade, which adds comfort, as well as outstanding performance. The knife's versatility is a welcomed surprise, and I really enjoy using it daily.
