Undecided at first, but love the Nakiri Knife

I was very undecided when I first saw this knife. But kept coming back to look again and again. I wasn't sure what I'd use it for as I have a number of great knifes that I use to chop vegetables. When I finally decided to go for it I found it to be on back order. So I requested a notice when the knife came back into stock. It was well worth the wait. Zwilling Pro 6.5” Nakiri knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this knife. I have a whole set of Zwilling Pro series knives, but this Nakiri knife is probably the most used of all of them. It’s my go to knife for all vegetable chopping. I use it every day. My only regret is that I didn’t add this to my collection sooner!

Light, high

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this knife is quite light, much more so that my usual chef’s knife. The large blade and high handle placement make chopping easier. The top of the blade has very squared edges — I would prefer the edges be a bit less “sharp”, just the tiniest bit smoothed over or rounded off.

Nakiri Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best, and most utilized knives in my kitchen. For vegetables it’s a must have.

Makes chopping onions easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife haas a thin, sharp blade that slices through onions easily, so less "juice" is released to make my eyes cry. I was worried it might not fit in my Henkels knife block since it is rather wide, but it fits fine.

Veggies - Watch out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nakiri nice has a very sharp edge and cuts through vegetables with ease. I was able to cut an entire head of cabbage with very little pressure. My old knife would require both hands to cut through the cabbage. The rectangular shape of the blade is also great for taking the cut vegetables and placing them in your pan. Two thumbs up for this knife.
