Awesome chef's knife.
Would RecommendI wanted an affordable, quality, chef's knife for daily cooking at home. I've watched lots of YouTube videos and did research for good chef's knife for me. I pinpointed down to the Zwilling Pro 8 inch 'Traditional.' It's razor sharp right out of the box. I have large hands and it is very comfortable to hold, especially with the 'pinch grip.' I love the look and feel of this knife. It definitely feels like quality that will last decades.
