5.5in Prep Knife Pro
Would RecommendAfter getting to try and compare a few prep knifes I realized that the 5.5inch fine edge Pro Prep knife had the weight and balance, ergonomics that fit my larger hands. I also really like the feel of the scales along with the riveted look. As a long time knife fan I am also very happy about the steel used, it should hold the keen edge very well and stay looking very nice with basic mantainace. I am very happy with my purchase.

The only thing I could fault with this knife is the handle. It's definitely for a smaller hand. The knife is sharp, is at a decent price point and will be perfect for some users looking for a smaller knife I am satisfied with Zwilling and my purchase. It's a perfect gift idea.
