3" better than 4"
Would Recommendexcellent knife, feels extremely well made and easy to use. I would recommend the 3" over the 4" though for day to day paring knife needs

Best paring knife
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Friends have owned these knifes and I was thought they were too expensive to own. Found out that was not true. Enjoy cooking but hated knifes that could never stay sharp. This paring knife is well balanced and finely crafted. Will be the go to knife in our kitchen.
