Phenomenal craftsmanship. Very balanced , very sharp. Time will tell how well it patinas but I’m hopeful it will become one of my kitchen artifacts that lasts the generations

Awesome Knife

A few years ago I broke my wrist and it has never been straight since. This knife fits my hand perfectly. Great balance and weight and keeps its edge beautifully. So well made! I almost bit the 10 inch knife as well but didn't so ill need to make another trip to tje store soon.

The knife is very sharp, and it cuts the vegetables into very thin slices. The pattern on the blade looks especially beautiful, making cooking a more enjoyable experience. This is the first time I've used such a satisfying tool.

My favorite knife

I have the 8 inch knife. It's beautiful and very sharp. I can slice through a watermelon as if it was butter and that is no exaggeration. It's my favorite knife but over time I'm getting little chips in the blade. I need to send it off to be sharpened. This knife made preparing food a much more enjoyable experience that any other knife I've ever had.

I recently purchased this and the knife is beautiful. It is scary sharp, it effortlessly slices throught meat and produce and holds its edge very nicely. The handle is very comfortable and I am quite a fan of the heel of the blade. Its a real game changer for changer as a home cook, cant wait to do more with it.
