Excellent Addition to our Four Star set
Would RecommendThis is an excellent addition to the set of Four Star knives my wife and I got as a wedding gift over 30 years ago. It's got a great handle and is very well-balanced. Like our other Four Stars, it cuts beautifully with minimal sharpening, and holds an edge for a long time.

Would RecommendI just bought this santoku knife and it's my first one from Zwilling brand. it has quickly become my go-to knife in the kitchen!
