Excellent cutting and size!

This is the best knife I never knew I needed. Its bigger than my pairing knife and the offset handle allows for easy work on the cutting board. Very handy for a single lady

I bought this knife because I live alone, and love to cook. I cook daily because I'm not one for leftovers! I need a knife that can cut, slice, dice and mince and this does the trick. Unique knife for every little job

I have never seen a knife like this before! I love using this prep knife instead of a paring knife because it gives me knuckle clearance when I'm cutting. I also love how comfortable this handle is and the curve at the end makes for a really good grip while cutting.
