Very nice prep knife
Would RecommendOverall I am enjoying the knife - the length is very well suited for various prep jobs and the initial sharpening was fantastic. I am a little disappointed that it feels very light weight and I'm not certain that it was a full tang. I would have preferred the same length and sharpness with a heftier feel and less blade deflection when trying to cut heavier skinned vegetables and fruits.
