Lightweight, effortless chopping
Would RecommendIt's pretty sharp and very light! It cuts and chops veggies so effortlessly! It's a little big for my hand but my husband loves it! I use it too, it's just I feel like I have to be more careful! I like this one better than our previous Zwilling knife. Adding photos to compare.

Best knife in my kitchen
I have never owned a knife as good as this. It feels great in my hand and has cut through vegetables and anything I have used it on with ease. This is my first Zwilling Four Star knife, but I have already ordered a 3 inch paring knife and the 5 1/2 inch prep knife.

New chef’s knife
Would RecommendHave had a full set of knives for 20 + years and unfortunately it slipped out of my hands while carving a prime rib roast , landed on its point and broke the blade in half. Was devastated and had to have a new one.
