Great, but costly!
I love these knives! Have had a set or more for the last 40 years. But, these are the last, just too expensive now in the competitive world out there.

Sharp and Skillful
Would RecommendI originally had the 3.5" Pro S. It would no longer sharpen so rather than wait for my replacement I bought the 4" Pro S. Love it.

Great knife!
Would RecommendWe had had one of this exact same model for probably 40+ years. My wife always used as her go to steak knife because it fit her hand well. The rivets have begun to deteriorate and the handle had a small crack in it. So we decided it was time to replace. We are very pleased with the two new ones we bought. The shipping was prompt and the knives arrived in excellent shape, are extremely sharp and should last us until we pass them on to a future generation. We are very happy with our two new knives...
