Would RecommendThis handy light weight paring knife is in the front corner of my block and I reach for it multiple times per day for a variety of little cutting tasks. It is just the right size and very sharp from tip to just in front of the handle so it has a great cutting edge. I keep it sharp with a few strokes on my honing steel and I've never needed to sharpen it yet!
