Love.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this knife set. It's self sharpening and will not rust easily. The knives cut through everything with ease and I don't have to worry about sharpening them. Though, I would recommend practicing caution when handling them.

Nice style and very sharp
Would RecommendMy husband and I love this sleek style. It’s almost concerning how sleek the knives are when washing because the knives are so sharp and you don’t want it to slide out of your hands. Just handle with caution is my advice; otherwise very sharp and looks nice.

Great set of knives
Would RecommendWe received a Henckel knife set when we got married 15 years ago. The set was great but seen better days. Dropped a few steak knives and broke the tips off, chipped blades... it was time for a new set. These new Graphite knives are so sharp, we have had them a few months and use them every day. The sharpening block seems to work, they are just as sharp now as when we bought them.

Great deal but wood color differs
Would RecommendThese knives are extremely sharp. I spent New Years Eve in the emergency room with my girlfriend after she cut her hand and needed 6 stitches. I've had multiple smaller cuts on my hand as well. Be very careful. I like the design of all these knives, except the steak knives - I'd prefer non-serrated. But they were too good of a deal when on Black Friday Sale. The built in sharpener has been super convenient as well. The negative side of this review is the wood block was painted black and not the...

Just received!
So far so good! Will be interested to see how the self sharpening works. Hope it’s more than a gimmick. But knives have a nice feel. I also like that they’re dishwasher safe (at least for the initial cleaning. Likely by hand after that.). Also the graphite color is beautiful.

Love my new knifes
Would RecommendI absolutely love my new henckles knifes! They came quickly and packaged well. Now the best part is these babies are sharp! Balance, is also very nice for the price point of these knifes! They aren't German made knifes but do use German steel! Cant recommended these enough if your on a budget and want a decent set!

Perfect for at home chef
Would RecommendKnives are all very sharp and durable. Sharpening block does a good job at keeping straight edge. Grip on handles are great for at home use. Third set of Henckels I’ve bought and always loved the quality.

Good set that is a great addition to the kitchen.
Would RecommendAppear to be good quality knives. They work great only time will tell for the sharpening if its worth it or just a gimmic. Onlything I wish was that they werent so loose in the block. And for one that doesnt know what knife is what it would be nice if they type was on the sleeve they came in as the pictures dont match the knives for a couple of them. These are minor and I do like the set though.

Great set of knives
Would RecommendThese knives are SHARP! I waited a month or so to review. They are nice. I’ve purchased several sets of various brands of trying to find the right one. Now I can stop looking. The only thing I don’t like is hand washing, otherwise a great set of knives!
