Also, they are so sharp that even when drying them off, you can hear the “slicing” sound of the metal… Reflecting refinement and sharpness, along with great strength. I am super impressed. Did I forget to measure how well they cut? The cutting is breathtaking. I was left in awe when I cut through a grapefruit with no effort at all. The knife literally did all the work… I had no idea this is what knives ...
