Pricy but it works!
Would RecommendThis stuff works. I was looking for Kilz but Lowe's doesn't carry it. Bought this instead. Previous house owner had a cat peeing in a carpeted closet. I removed all the carpet and padding, applied enzymatic cleaner a few times, then sealed it up with this stuff. Odor is totally gone. The subfloor is a piece of plywood so it is impressive that it worked well on that too. It is super expensive in my opinion but I made this little quart work for a small closet.

Would RecommendI used this to prime brand new plywood before painting, and it did better than expected. Had to use two coats to hide all the grain but i expected that seeing it was bare wood.

Perfect Solution
Would RecommendI bought this to seal an area where mold had gone deep into wood. I had treated the mold and cleaned the area as well as I could. There was a stain and possibly still mold deep in the wood. The BIN Primer went on smoothly and left a permanent, non-toxic seal that allowed me to apply a coat of paint. Perfect non-toxic solution to a real problem.

Works great for sealing the glue residue left behind from old wallpaper and blocks water stains. The product has a very strong odor and I recommend using it in a well ventilated area with a mask.
