Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this primer for exceptional stain-blocking performance and one-coat coverage on tough stains, water damage, smoke, and pet odors. Reviewers highlight strong adhesion across bare wood, MDF, laminate, and paneling, with many noting it outperforms competitors. The product applies smoothly and dries quickly, making projects efficient. Some mention strong odor and thickness requiring mineral spirits for cleanup, but these minor concerns are far outweighed by widespread satisfaction with performance and reliability.

Great product but terrible experience with Lowe's
Would RecommendProduct arrived broken open spilling paint on my porch and on other items in the box. Lowe's responded that I should return it to the nearest store in person (more than an hour away) to get a refund.

Good coverage.
Would RecommendCovered and sealed everything. I used disposable brush because it’s oil based. Easier cleanup. Strong odor.
