Ratings & Reviews for Zep Concentrated Premium Carpet Shampoo Carpet cleaner Liquid 128-oz
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this carpet cleaner for exceptional stain-removal power, particularly on pet stains and embedded marks in high-traffic areas. Most appreciate the mild, fresh scent that doesn't overpower, contrasting favorably with heavily perfumed alternatives. The concentrated formula requires less product per use, and reviewers consistently highlight outstanding value compared to pricier brands. Many report switching from expensive competitors and plan to repurchase. A very small number report unsatisfactory results, but these rare exceptions are vastly outweighed by widespread satisfaction with cleaning performance and cost-effectiveness.

Great results!
Would RecommendI read reviews with regard to the best carpet shampoo to use in rug cleaning machines for the home. ZEP Premium Shampoo had the best reviews. The solution penetrated the carpet fibers well releasing an amazing amount of dirt and dog hair. There was no discoloration of the carpets, and when dry, showed no residue. This was the first time using a ZEP product and will definitely purchase it again in the future. My carpets looked brand new!
