Ratings & Reviews for XIZZI Sunrise Rattan Outdoor Sectional with Orange Cushions and Steel Frame

Stellar patio set

Love our sectional. Did take about 4 hours to put together but we weren’t missing one screw or washer and they even had a bad of extra parts just in case. Went together smoothly. Looks great. Sits great. Would definitely buy again.

Low pain pain

Looks good, love the color but not very comfortable, the back of the section is low and hits you right in the low back.

There are better options out there

Some of the pieces had minor damage from shipping which indicates it wont hold up well. We also didnt notice in the picture that it doesnt have an arm rest on both ends so it looks unfinished.

Color was darker on the fabric than pictured

Arrived earlier than expected, easy to assemble and very comfortable. Sale price was nice too.

Arrived Damaged

Package arrived in three separate boxes. I opened the first box and took out most of the items only to find the glass table top smashed into thousands of pieces at the very bottom of the box. I called Lowe's and the women I spoke to was friendly, however, her help help consisted of not being able to find a phone number for the third party that provided the product. Now, I have to return everything to Lowe's in the boxes. I will be asking for a full refund and not purchasing again. I looked a...

Blue cushions absorb sunlight and get pretty hot.

This is a gorgeous, well-made sectional. It arrived in good shape with all of the hardware labeled and secured in a heavy-duty plastic bag. Directions were clear and assembly was quick and easy. The cushion material is durable and of a high quality, and they arrived ready to use, with their padding inside, unlike a set we bought from another retailer and returned. We are thrilled!

Great item

It’s very Comfortable

Received a different set

Received our shipment and it wasn’t even the mfg I ordered. Nor all the pieces to make the same configuration. Waiting to get it picked up and had to reorder this again.

Don’t expect to get everything you paid for!

I love the product. However, as Lowe’s is well aware, one-third of this furniture was delivered via FedEx to the incorrect address. FedEx advised me to follow up with Lowe’s, who told me to return what I had and repurchase the items online again. What?! So now I have 2/3 of the furniture, and no refund from Lowe’s for the pieces that were never delivered.

Viola and Katherine were great.

Very helpful in pickyp. Viola and Katherine both were really helpful and great to work with.

Beautiful Set! Buy it you won't be disappointed!

Highly Recommend it! I really love this blue!!!!!!It's DENIM BLUE. It cames in three boxes, and there is assembly instructions in each box. Cushion is very great quality and comfy! Two thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻 The assembly was quick and the materials feel like they will hold up well over time. The flexibility of the modular design is a major plus. For the very reasonable price, this set provides fantastic durability and function. If you want an inexpensive but stylish rattan collection, I would definit...

Great couch

Very thin cushions

The set is large and works for our area. It took hours for my husband to put together. Every chair section is in multiple pieces. The entire set comes in 3 boxes slightly larger than an XL moving box. Most of the cushions were vacuum sealed to save space. So far, the cushions are my only complaint and why I gave it a 4 star, I almost gave it 3. The seat cushions are extremely thin. I was very disappointed in them. The back cushions seem thicker than the seats. I am concerned that they a...
