Best utility knife - perfect for bagels, dry sausage, small bread loaves, tomatoes
I owned this knife for 10 years or more. One day it simply disappeared which is the strangest thing. My best guess is it got wrapped up in garbage on a big family breakfast day where we were slicing a ton of bagels. So I bought a new one, in the rosemary/green handle. It's a beautiful knife, and cuts just as well as I remember. The last one was in pristine condition before it was lost. And we use it A LOT. Several times a day for 10 years this knife was used and washed.
