Perfect fit replacement
The handle was a nice matte finish in a grey color. Quality was good and it fit together well. I like the fact that it came with various size screws and strike plates (including shims) to make it adjustable for your specific door. Installation was quite easy with the given instructions. Like others have said, the directions for determining the length of the spindle (rod that activates the mechanism) results in the spindle being a bit too long, I ended up cutting it one notch shorter than origina...

Spindle is hard to break
I loved this product because it's easy to install and with proper tools would've took me maybe five or so minutes to install. The spindle needs to be snapped and the instructions said to use pliers I tried using them I recommend using a saw as the spindle is a thick metal. Without it snapping easily I had to resort to knives and oil which took an hour. As for the materials they're very durable and have a nice black finish and made of metal
