Saw does not come off
Would Not RecommendI thought that the saw was removable from the pole and tried to exchange for another. I am short and 75 years old and wanted to use the saw alone until I get to the tall branches. I was told by Customer service that power tools are not returnable after 48 hours. If that is true I don’t know how in the world you sell any. I work 12 hour shifts and tried to return it when I got time. How in this world do you sell any for Christmas gifts!

Would Not RecommendIt started out ok. I cut a few branched down. I let my buddy use it on a couple of his branches and it got loaded with chips. I removed cover, cleaned it out very well, put it back together, and now, it barely gets 1/4 inch into a small (1 inch) when it blows out the chain. This should be easy cleaning? Going crazy trying to figure out what went wrong?
