A little heavy but works great.

Delivery was awful. Ad said I get it by the 8th and did not receive it until the 14. Second time this happened. Need a new online delivery service or change the way you state a delivery date. The actual item is good.

Wonderful Product

We have multiple Worx products and absolutely love them all. This was just another great addition. It’s light weight and perfect for our needs in trimming branches out of our trees and cutting up smaller branches that come out of some of our older trees. Thanks for another wonderful tool!!

Weight

The chain saw works well, but it becomes very heavy as you're holding it up to a high branch.

Not worth the money

Pole saw is end heavy, poorly balanced, too heavy to make a bottom cut. Chain doesn't stay tight. You need to be very strong to operate it.

Excellent Product

Sturdy pole. Lightweight saw - important for the end of a pole. You can upgrade from a 2h to a 4h battery if you want. Compatable with all Worx bstteries. It's a small, lightweight saw - but if you use it within its range, it works very well.

Not enough battery

The 2ah battery doesn’t last long enough and doesn’t have enough power. After several cuts, the battery dies and you have to depress the switch and start over again only to stop again after a few seconds.

Good saw, weak pole

Good saw. Does a good job, but you must be very careful to not overtax the extension pole. It has a weakness where it folds. The connections are all plastic and too much flex will cause it to break.

Cheap and crappy

Chain broke after ten minutes of use cutting a 1 inch hedge branch. Took it back to Lowe’s guess what? if you don’t discover how cheap it is within 48 hours you can’t return it. Guess who makes Worx? Menards go figure.

Love them !

As I have gotten older, I cannot start our gas powered yard tools .i did my research on battery powered tools and decided to try WORKS battery power tools . I absolutely love every thing I have gotten from them . The men in the family teased me about my battery powered tools and now they use them exclusively. I have 7 of the tools and will continue to buy them for myself and as gifts .

Perfect upgrade from my previous pole saw!

This pole saw was exactly what I needed for trimming branches and light yard cleanup. This is not a chainsaw for heavy work but perfect for smaller branches and limbs. Easily cut through branches that were 6 - 8 inches in diameter. The pole saw is easy to convert to a hand held saw and the battery has a solid work life. I have use this tool a few times now and other than it being un proportionally balanced when the pool is fully extended everything about it works great so far. They saw itself used without the pole has been amazing, I just wish it was a little better weight ratio and/or pole rigidity to help when fully extended.

Fall Apart Garbage

1. Lowes delivered on 7/3/25 after 8pm by FedEx. The original promise at purchase (6/26/25) was 6/30/25. 2. You do not know there is no chain oil until you receive the product. 3. The chain keeps jumping out of the track when cutting berry vines and bush branches that are less than 2 inches in diameter. This happened already 5 times.
