Just got it for Christmas haven’t used it yet but I’ve got branches hanging over my shed so I’m sure it will put to good use once it warms up here in New Hampshire.

Really neat 2-in-1 design. A little heavy.

The 2-in-1 nature of this product is appealing. So far, I've used it as a small handheld trim saw more than I've used it affixed to the pole, but it does work on the pole. Someone's literature said the angle of the saw on the pole was adjustable. It is NOT. You get the angle shown in the picture. Assembly was easy. great power in small form factor

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) small and robust machine, was able perform under challenging conditions. A bit heavy when fully extended, so you have to be extra careful. Great benefit of having 2 in 1 - cut branches and immediately trim them for disposal.

Love my pole saw

Wife bought it for me as a gift. Love it! We live on 10 acres and I use this saw all the time. It’s light, powerful and easy to use, especially on an extension ladder. Would recommend to anyone, without question.

WORX great, until it doesn’t

Saw is a little front heavy but was great for pruning the occasional limb. However, the motor is designed to fail. The shaft of the motor includes plastic pieces that will melt with any sort of continuous use. We had a storm come through the area and I needed to trim the downed limbs (2-5” in diameter) into 6 foot lengths for disposal and after 10 cuts in a row the saw slowed down and the electric motor started smoking from the burning plastic that had melted and was being thrown into the elect...

Awesome tool!!!

Our neighbor let us borrow this exact chainsaw and we will be buying this! We trimmed our 23 yr old oak tree and it worked wonders. Our tree had NEVER been cut back with anything but a pair of tree shears, so it needed a lot of work thinning out the branches of all sizes. We used it all day and loved it. The chain only popped off once. We figured out how to put it on via YouTube and then it worked perfectly again. Here’s a bad picture of what it trimmed! It’s nearly larger than our suv!

Works very well, but as a polesaw, a bit heavy.

I got this a few days ago, and used it for the first time today. First, as a chainsaw: The first time I turned it on, it cut quickly, then the chain popped off. I took off the cover, re-installed the chain, then tightened the lock nut more, and it worked fine after that. Made a few cuts on a branch and it worked perfectly. Next, as a polesaw. WORX WG309 8 Amp 10" Electric Pole Saw

I'm fairly strong as I can beat a college baseball pitcher in arm wresting - With the pole fully extended it is too heavy to control well while using - is there a harness to help with the weight and stability The chain is easy to adjust, but not self adjusting

Pleasantly Surprised!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it to take down small tree in my court yard. Other than being a little top heavy the saw performed well above my expectations. Saw had plenty of power and was able to remove whole tree and the chain remained sharp. I wouldn’t recommend trying what I did but for the occasional limb removal it would be great. I also have the blower and vacuum that works great. Highly recommend Worx tools

Excellent pole saw.

I use it on hardwood with pole fully extended. Have to keep the bar tight or the chain jumps. I own several chainsaws.

A small beast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just wanted to say, that I bought this 2 years ago and it has been a little beast. I have had to use it in place of my regular chain saw, while it was in the shop and it has chopped up some pretty big trees with no problems, just changing the chain out. I would definately get again. The only con to it so far is it leaks oil when not in use.

Super Product!

Small but mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to trim some trees that were "crowding " my house. They were too close and interfering with my house being painted. This saw made the tree trimming a breeze.

Will exceed all of your expectations!

This pole saw/chain saw combo far exceeded all my expectations. It is dependable, a compact ripping machine, and brush killer. This saw will rip through anything you bury the bar into with very low maintenance or upkeep. Will be buying many more electric Worx brand saws in the future. Thank you for the great product!
