Would RecommendNeeded to replace an existing one when handle broke. Finding this was hard to do and had to shop out of state. Pick up was easy. Thankful could continue with Worx. This "newer" versions seems more geared to the edger, I only want the flat head weed whack part............will adapt.

Im on the 4th one I've purchased. I won't be buying a 5th time for 1 main reason: wheel feature falls apart. Won't stay fastened. I definitely need the wheel for edging. Tried tightening. Tried duct tape. Tried glue. Forget it. Small feature you'd think they would fix. Too bad

Would Recommendthis is a excellent choice for a weed eater and delivery was right on time

Would Not RecommendMy experience was not good. The battery charged all day and literally lasted five minutes. The weed eater wouldn't even cut moderately high grass. The edger function was also terrible as the string didn't reach down to the ground far enough in some areas to actually make contact with the ground. The string was extended out as far as it could go without hitting the edge of the shield. I'm returning it.

Line feed is garbage
Would Not RecommendI purchased a Worx wg163 several years ago and have been very happy with it. It was getting at the end of life so I decided to get another. I ordered the wg162. To your engineering dept: Whoever thought this mechanism for the line feed was a workable solution should be fired. The .065 line is fragile enough and to have to stop every 5 feet and start/stop the trimmer until line is fed is asinine. I ended up turning it up and manually pushing the line feed button. Just a total nightmare to weed...
