Cap is always breaking

Great customer service, but lawn tools can break too easily.

Necessary accessory

I bought this three weeks ago and haven’t yet needed it, but looks fine and identical to the one that came with the trimmer.

Warning: Replacement Spool Quality

I have purchased several replacement spools for my 56V trimmer. The 56V trimmer will no longer advance the trim line by the handle; I need to manually pull it from the spool. The last three spools I used the line would break and be stuck on the spool. I had to make a splice to just to find the end of the line; wasting line. I have been very disappointed with the trimmer and replacement spools.

spool sucks keep breaking

i bought this thinking's it was a great product come to find out spool sucks keep getting clogged up and i have to keep opening it up to fix it. My opinion don't waste your money look for something else.

So simple

This is the best thing ever. So its 95 degrees outside and your hot and sweaty. Your trimmer runs out of string. With this little gadget all you do is snap off the empty spool and snap on a fresh full one. No more getting stressed and aggravated trying to get string wound onto your trimmer. Now life can be great

Holy Cow - much needed item

I have 2.5 acres to maintain as a single mom with nearly all grown children, so it's pretty much all on me. I never want to be mixing gas and oil - makes no sense to me, but I am perfectly capable of charging a battery, so I have had Worx trimmers for years. It makes very quick work of the challenging and adventurous weeds that show up in western Massachusetts. Thank you so much for offering a tool that gets the job done!

Easy to install

Great product and weed eater the line does break apart easy and doesn’t lay as long as wanted. Wish they made a heavy duty line option

Easy to use string

I’ve been using this string/trimmer for over a year now and I’ve been happy with the quality of the string and its ability to effectively edge my yard is satisfying.

Easy to use

The spool and line are so handy to have on hand for a quick change while doing the yard. Instead of stopping and putting line in spool, just quick change and move on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The line works good weed eating but did not last very long edging.Maybe if you could design a guide for edging with the weed eater the line would last longer.

Easy to Use

This spool holds a fair amount of line and is very easy to use and refill. It's good to have a backup when your far from the garage and that also stands for a second backup battery/

Painful

Often cord does not feed properly due to the way it has been wound on the spool. Have to remove cap, unwind cord, reinsert string through hole, replace cap and hope for the best.

Works ok

I have owned this for 3 years it is durable I live on a large piece of property, the only problem I have it the string sucks u need 10 spools to get though 2 no. Constantly breaks. The spools are expensive when u have to buy so many and shipping is slow.
