Spools for life???
Would RecommendI have been ordering spools (not frequently) for many many years. I called the number that I used to call only to hear that it must be done on line. I went on line (ugh!), only to find out that they are not available. What is that all about? I am supposed to get “spools for life”. I am not a happy customer right now and need an explanation.

Was correct item number ordered. But item sent was wrong number. Wrong size too So had to return to store . Don't understand how can order with correct number and be sent wrong. At store it even showed up item sent . I had container from item I got before from my order.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the quality of worx lawn items. I have the string weed eater, shrub trimmer and blower. I’m 82 years old and do my own lawn care.My only complain is I can’t receive the free spools for life. How can they be sold out?

Not Quite Living Up to Marketing Guarantee
Would Not RecommendI bought the trimmer largely bc of the Free Spools for Life 6-Pack. You pay for shipping and shipping is clearly more than the cost of shipping. So hard to really call it free. Also, the spools have not been available all summer. So kind of hard to use when you can’t get spools. Feels like the “free” spools are trying to be limited or phased out. All of it makes it hard to depend on Worx.
