I bought from the Home Depot website. There was something wrong with that unit but Windmill promptly replaced it at no cost. The second unit has been great so far. It cools quietly and the app is very easy to use. Very happy and would recommend.👍

I had a problem in window AC I contacted the customer service team . They analyzed the issue and went above and beyond to provide the necessary fixes .i was just over the warranty window but they took excellent care and I’m very pleased of their services.

Bought a 10,000btu unit a couple years ago and it was everything as advertised and when it came time to replace one of my older (non-windmill) units, I wanted to get a second windmill. Exactly what it's supposed to do cools fast and ice cold

WOW!!!!

We formerly had a 10,000BTU window A/C unit that had to weigh close to 100lbs. The Windmill 6KBTU was half that weight, easy to install and the app is really cool to control it away from home. And best of all, it cools the living room twice as well as its predecessor.

Great product and fantastic service!

We have several Windmill units and they are not only attractive but quiet and efficient. Most importantly, customer service is second to none! When we had a problem with our most recent unit, we received a prompt response to our initial correspondence. That was followed by trouble shooting ideas, and when these did not work, a replacement unit was immediately shipped to us. We are definitely very happy with Windmill products and the company's service.

Amazing AC with outstanding customer service

We bought 2 ***** BTU ac units and they are a game changer compared to the regular window units we had before. Besides the obvious esthetic of them looking sleek and modern, its amazing how quiet they run. Stopped working properly after less than a year

I barely used it in my room. Only for couple hours during gaming. Before bed. Usually I play video games in my home office between 10 pm and midnight. So during that time I turn on this ac. After 11 month of using it stopped working. I mean fam is working but no cold air coming out of it. I regret that I purchase this model for almost $700 I could have and should by some cheaper model for like $150 it would do the same thing or even better.

GREAT AC - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had an issue with the plug not working on my Whisper Tech unit and not only was customer service very quick to respond but they were also very quick to resolve the issue with a new unit. I received the replacement fast and it's working great! Very quietly, too!

After being thoroughly satisfied with the style and function of our first 8K BTU unit, we just installed a new 8K unit in our second bedroom. These ACs are amazingly quiet, efficient and user-friendly. Quiet, Clean, and Efficient

I got two Windmill AC window units with Whisper Tech. They have been amazing with cooling the entire apartment. I love how easy it is to change and automate the temperature and modes using the mobile app. The units are also quiet with only the occasional sound of turning on. I also got the filter, which has made the air quality noticeably cleaner. Overall, a wonderful purchase!

Ups delivery

Product is great. Up air direction causes overhead fan to rotate which is better for getting over nearby furniture. Very quiet. Easy to install.Ups refuses to read special instructions needed because of construction. Windmill stepped in participing in solving the problem.

Incredible support

My Windmill 12,000 BTU AC ran into some technical issues. When I got in touch with Van in customer support, I was hoping to get some assistance, but was very pleasantly surprised with the level of support I received. He resolved my issue immediately and genuinely jumped through hoops to make it happen. Very grateful.
