Lasted 3 Years before Gears went

This machine lasted me 3 years before the gears went and they declared the machine a loss due to how much it would cost to replace. Thankfully, I purchased the 5 year protection plan and was able to replace the machine without having to pay the entire amount. I do not recommend. This machine is extremely noisy and shakes hardcore during the last 10 minutes of the spin cycle. Very disappointed that it only lasted 3 years. I am going to try switching to an LG and hopefully I have better luck.

Replaced in 3 years

Bought this washing machine and after 1.5 years I had to use my warranty to get a part fixed. Then right after the 3 year warranty ran out the machine started acting up again and I am now on the hunt for another machine. I will not ever have a whirlpool machine again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Wish we bought something else.

Wish i knew 2 years ago what I know now. First, it is not a quite washer. Doesn't clean clothes. I have been using washing machines for more than 50 years about the worst one. Push buttons are frustrating, having to hold a button in to get what you want. Unclear, what cycles are available because you cannot see them without pushing through menus. Pre-treat stain brush has a screw on the bottom that is rusted, therefore, not usable.

Nice, quiet and good wash.

Stopped working after fixing 3 times

Bought this brand new 3 years ago and had to have it repaired 3 times in the last 3 months. Bought the Lowe’s protection plan but it takes 2 weeks to get a repair place to come out and fix the problem only for it to break again. I thought Whirlpool was a great brand - but it’s a design flaw with the drainage. E9F1 is the error code. I’ll never buy a Whirlpool again.

Waste of Money

I regret buying this washer. In just two years of ownership, I’ve already had to replace two major components, and now I’m being told the main control board also needs to be replaced. FABULOUS Waher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing washer. I wanted something that would be good for all kinds of loads, especially all of our heavy loads. This one absolutely is beyond expectations and probably the best washing machine I’ve ever owned. I highly recommend this. Keep in mind I have not owned it for more than a month yet. But in this time, I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing the features are and how fantastic this machine is.

It's Awful. Get something else.

Tells you to clean it, when you just did, then the next time, doesn't say anything. Meanders slowly across the floor - a few millimeters every wash. This morning, a new one: After putting in the clothes and starting the machine, nothing happened. After going back, I was greeted with "FE-03 clothes must be removed."
