Not acceptable

This machine was purchased on Mar 10,26 It was delivered sometime in the next two weeks. O/A July 16, 26 we began having problems. Called about getting repairs. It takes 2 to 4 weeks to get a tech out and then they have to order parts. In our initial review the response from Lowe's was that we should have called them. Quit working after 2 weeks of purchase

Lowe’s, Im so disappointed! I Didn’t have this machine but 2 weeks and it want fill up or when it fills up it want go into the spin cycle. I read the reviews but I thought I’d take a chance. You can’t return to the store for a new, you just have to keep getting it repaired. So Frustrating, I was on the phone for an hour and a half speaking to different representatives from Whirlpool for they to say it’ll be a couple of days for a repairman. It is more easier on selection and it’s a little quieter compared to the old big one it’s efficient

No Dispenser for softener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This particular washer only Has a cup for bleach it does not have a pull out dispenser for softener or liquid wash detergent. Everything needs to be added. If you’re using liquid about the only thing that would work bass would be a pod that has everything included.

well made and modern washer

i thought this over a month ago in the Lowe’s scratch and de t section with rougly $200 off msrp. It’s been a great washer so far!! you don’t use as much water. The final spin is so thorough my dry time is cut in half. No problems .

does not clean!

This machine does not clean as well as I expected. There is no dispenser for fabric softener and the shortest cycle if 50 minutes. There is no indication of when the cycle is in rinse or spin , only sensing , wash and done. so regret this purchase! I initially intended to purchase the (2-in-1 agitator) which was same sale price as this model but somehow LOWES website took me to this model washer and I purchased it not knowing it wasn't the (2-in-1 agitator) washer.

WRINKLES EVERYTHING

This machine spins FOREVER makes ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING YOU WASH WRINKLE. Even my towels come out wrinkled!!!!!

Passable, but barely!

This is the worst washing machine I've ever had. While it can handle clothing and towels loads alright, it can't handle normal household heavy items like blankets and throw rugs and sometimes sheets without going out of balance when spinning out. I've never had a washing machine trip up so bad on trying to wash blankets and throw rugs. I don't put super heavy loads in it and I use the bulky load setring. But it will try to spin out, clunk and shake like mad, then stop and try to regroup multiple...
