What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the spacious interior with ample storage, quiet operation, and bright LED lighting that enhances usability. Many highlight generous freezer capacity, flexible shelving, and effective temperature control that keeps food fresh. The modern stainless steel design and humidity-controlled crisper drawers receive frequent commendation. However, a notable concern is the freezer door shelf design, where items frequently fall out due to narrow shelves and large gaps. Some mention limited ice maker capacity or minor noise issues. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider the unit highly functional and recommend it.

Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the fridge for about 6 months. Set freezer at “max” temp, but it will not keep the items frozen. All items were half thawed. Removed half the items, thinking it may need more space around the vent in the back of freezer to circulate air. But the ice cream was still too soft, the frozen fruit was oozing juice, meat was thawed, etc. The shelf on the door has slots that items will fall through, poorly thought out. Purposefully boug...

Good fridge for the garage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has been working well for us so far. We purchased it about 1 month ago. The space in the drawers are a little smaller than our old fridge but there is plenty of space in the freezer and fridge section. It's quiet and we really like there is a light in the freezer which we did not have in our old fridge. There is a fairly large gap between bracket and the front door shelf so some narrow items may fall through. Otherwise, t...

Good basic refrigerator
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for a previous Whirlpool refrigerator that was virtually the same model - just that after having numerous power surges/outages in a row, the compressor stopped. It was 8 years old. We did manage to get a repairman to fix it, so it is now in the garage, and we now have this newer model. This was an emergency purchase, and our local appliance store really came through for us. We don't have a lot of money for fancy stainless...

Reliable
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, we find the refrigerator to be quite good. It is quiet and keeps both areas of temperature control very well (we have thermometers in both locations). There is a small defect in the gap insulation, but it doesn't appear to be causing any issues.

Very good choice for a fridge
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have a side by side fridge and there was never enough room however this fridge has lots of space and we are very pleased with it.

Decent design
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a fine fridge. Like the side to side movable storage drawer. Don’t expect to move it often but is a nice feature when sitting it up. Don’t like: Freezer open in back for circulation. Block it and freezing is compromised Butter drawer on door has a bump on the back/middle that makes out difficult to store larger items Why do most fridges have to have the center height compromised that you can’t store the same sized things on the top...

doesn't set level
Would RecommendThe delivery man tried to adjust the refrigerator so it wouldn't be wobbly. He couldn't get it and told me it must be the floor. I said the refrigerator you just took out set there perfectly. It's not the floor. Also, there are 3 plugs in the doors missing.

I liked my old Kitchenaid better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whirlpool now owns Kitchenaid. I got a new fridge and in most respects it's fine. There are a couple of things I don't like. The drawers are flimsy plastic and the drawer where i used to keep my cheese has moved to the center of the fridge and is much smaller and shallower. The tallest items now have to go on the upper shelves, due to the configuration of the shelves, and I preferred to keep them on the bottom because it was coldest for milk an...

Good Refrigerator
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good refrigerator; however, I don't like the way the vegetable draws slant forward reducing space. Also, there isn't a compartment for meats.

What a great refrigerator
Would Recommend(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am very happy with this make and model. Although it replaced a larger side by side, it has just as much storage space as the old one. I thought I would miss the side freezer but I don’t.

Great fridge
Would Recommend(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We've had our new fridge about a month and love it. However 2 slight design changes would have made us happier: 1. The deli drawer should be about 1/2" deeper in height. 2. The butter keeper door closes too awkwardly on a container of margarine and needs to come out about 1/4"

Great
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rate this 4.5. This refrigerator-freezer meets my needs. I did not want a water/ice dispenser on the door and was happy to find this one. The size fits my space perfectly, it is roomy inside and not too noisy. The slats on the freezer door have gaps where small items will fall through. However, that is not a huge problem; I just use that area for larger items.

Time will tell.
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We shall see if this one lasts...last one died within 2 years with a sealed system issue they refuse to cover under warranty even though we have the proof that the unit has a 2-5 year warranty on that.

There is much more room inside than I expected.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a couple months ago. My previous refrigerator had worn seals so we bought this one because we trust whirlpool appliances. The new fridge works great. It a smaller size as I live in a small house. The only complaint I have, and the reason I give it a rating of 4 instead of 5, it makes some really strange loud noises. The refrigerator doesn’t have an icemaker, but the noises it makes I can only explain as it sounds at...

Large freezer
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was exactly what I needed with its larger freezer compartment. Smaller items slip through the door shelves in the freezer, which is a challenge, but overall, it is perfect. It fits everything that was in my old chest freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased couple months ago. Makes strange noises and the handle broke already. Hate to think of longevity of this appliance.

Well organized
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Although the same dimensions of my old Whirlpool fridge, it seems larger; the door has well organized storage. Very quiet.
