Happy With my new fridge, I wanted black to match my other appliances and I had a height restriction of 66” and thankfully Whirlpool makes one, I’m even ok with it being old style, freezer on the top, seems to have more room inside. One strange thing, it comes delivered without the handles on, you have to instal them yourself, which in my case, is fine I have decided not to put them on. One complaint I have, is why can’t they make black hinges ...

Fridge/freezer was the best value for money

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It's a good fridge however we do miss our old fridge which had the freezer in the bottom. We got this appliance as part of an energy saving program so we didn't have a choice for the style.

A no brainer

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We just moved into a new house and found ourselves in need of a refrigerator. We checked out the online reviews and selected a Whirlpool model. We are very pleased with the look of the fridge, the flexible layout of the shelves and drawers and the accurate temperature controls. We can finally put big milk and juice containers in the door. We recommend wholeheartedly!

Nice Fridge

Great fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it for only a week or so but so far it’s been quite good. I am disappointed there is no egg rack. No place to put them. I love the drawers that slide so smoothly. The interior is well lighted and great use of space to accommodate a wide variety of items. The crisper drawers seem to not keep lettuce crisp however. Lettuce gets wet and wilty. Something to watch. Maybe my settings are wrong. It’s quiet and seems to do a great job otherwise.

Whirpool

Purchased in a hurry after our refrigerator died. Thank God outdoor temps were high. Had to find something quick and within specs. Purchased Nov. 2023. It made lots of noise off and on and then compressor stopped working Nov. 2025. Not really impressed. Now stuck again needing one quickly.

Good for smaller homes.

I've owned this for 15 yrs. A couple years ago it started freezing stuff on bottom shelf. I had never cleaned the coils though, cleaning them helped it, I suspect I need a handyman due to who knows....it's running better, just not at optimal temp. Freezers fine. I will most likely buy this again. Clean your coils once a year, I'm sure it will be fine for years if you maintain it .
