Very bad design

This model doesn't come with a deli drawer which is very inconvenient. The crisper drawers don't go all the way back so they tip and things fall behind them. The finish looked dirty when it came out of the box and I have never been able to get it clean and shiny looking despite trying different cleaning methods. There is an unnecessary lip on the top of the doors, which means I have to get a really tall step stool to get things off of the top. As others have mentioned, it is very loud. Positive ...

Horrible!!!

I purchased this to replace my current whirlpool fridge and it’s a nightmare! The motor is EXTREMELY noisy!! You hear it it!! the house!!!. The drawers don’t smoothly. Extremely cheap feeling. Worst purchase ever! Did the“incentivized” reviews got it FREE?!!! I wouldn’t even want it free!!

Just too loud

The refrigerator works fine but the noise when running is disrupting. Wouldn’t buy again unless it was going to be used as a garage or outside refrigerator due to the noise level. Also not being able to lock the wheels to stop it from moving when you open the door is annoying.

I wish it had come with an extra glass shelf

It's exactly what I wanted; but its taller than I thought, so I had to place it in another spot.

Terrible product

Will start off by saying Lowes was great with their support and replacement of this Whirlpool product. Have owned many new fridges in my lifetime. Very loud product. Never had one that I had about 3 hours of floor time and 6 hours of phone time with crap Whirlpool support. To find out my brand new fridge does not come with leveling legs to stop it from moving when you open the doors. The answer sending me shivs to secure the wheels, lol. Wonderful refrigerator

I like that it does not have a water or ice dispenser. It is quite and spacious. The Lowe's team from start to finish was wonderful.

LOUD!

Purchased this refrigerator because of small space and didn't need ice maker. The compressor is at least 4x as loud as our 10+ year old model. I can hear it down the hallway two rooms away. I have purchased some noise deadening panels I hope to muffle it with. I am not exaggerating this thing is almost as loud as some generators.

Stopped working in less than 2 months

The fridge stopped working in less than 2 months. I arrived home after work one day and the freezer side was completely thawed and the fridge side was not cold at all. All of my food has to be thrown away! The fridge runs non-stop (it was after hours so there is no one to call and no way to report the issue), and it's been running without getting cold at all. Pick a different brand

Noisy & Very Disappointed

I purchsed this refrigerator in March of 2024 to replace my 23 year old noisy refrigerator. I was very happy the day it was delivered and for about 2-3 weeks after that. Then the noise started and got worse. This refrigerator is very noisy and runs constantly. Almost like the compressor motor is on a timer to run every 60-90 minutes. The noise is some type of a vibration noise.

Beware of the untreated stainless steel

This fridge is a poor stainless steel you touch it and prints are all over it. I bought the stainless steel cleaner but it exhausted me trying to clean it and it kept streaking. Its a little louder than my other fridge a Kenmore. I do not see where I can adjust the temperature of the coldness the delivery man said it's already adjusted from the factory which I thought was odd I thought all fridges had an adjustment gage. I do like that it is a bit roomy inside.
