Easy to glide vegetable bins

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The old model I had, had the vege bins on the top, which was not easy to glide. The new model that I have now , the vege bins are wide and easily accessible. Loving it . Overall it’s a beautiful fridge.

Wonderful classy refrigerator

We put our drinks in there and when it's open the kids decide quickly what they want to drink instead of looking all around the refrigerator. My water and ice feature is wonderful as that is what I use, Also, the freezer keeps the ice cream perfect. The first time I have gotten ice cream out of the freezer and even though it had been open before it's easy to get out of the contain...

I bought this fridge in February 2021. Leas than 6 month in the freezer part stopped working and was warm. Whirlpool kept pushing additional warranty on me. I got it repaired and later the ice maker, stopped working, it was over freezing and the sealed system failed. I am in the 5th year manufacturer warranty and Whirlpool refuses to fix the fridge unless I pay $470 lump sum or $49 a month. I already have a home warranty that covers the main fridge. Why should I pay for another coverage when ob...

Poor Quality -

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the appliance, the appliance operated for almost 2 weeks and then it would not maintain temperature in the freezer or frig. Whirlpool tech advised that parts would need to be ordered for an appliance that we have only owned for 3 weeks. .

Nice Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has nice features including, on the door ice and water, and separate pull out door below the two French doors, and a solid bottom in the freezer compartment so things stored there will not fall through.

Would not recommend!!

The button on the side of the ice maker to open the door, is so difficult to push that I can't imagine an elderly person with hand difficulties could ever open it.I had to practice getting it open so that in case of a power outage I would need to remove any ice cubes so that they don't...

Loud water motor

My previous refrigerator was a Whirlpool side-by-side that was manufactured in 1994, and was still running when I finally decided to upgrade to a new model. I still did a lot of research to find a great deal, but more importantly, to get a refrigerator that I trusted would perform well and offered the features I wanted. Ice Gets Hung up

Great refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased this Whirlpool refrigerator to replace my Samsung. It is a bit smaller than my previous one, but I do not need as much storage space now. I like the way it looks and is easy to keep clean. I like the deli drawer; it's great to have that extra space. It runs pretty quietly. I am enjoying using it!
