What Customers Are Saying
The refrigerator has a spacious interior with adjustable shelves and a water dispenser. Many customers find it to be a great value and a significant upgrade from their previous refrigerators. However, some have experienced issues with noisy operation, problems with the doors and drawers, and concerns about the quality and durability of the materials. The crisper drawers are also reported to be difficult to open and close smoothly, and the water dispenser location is inconvenient for some users.

Would Not RecommendI baught this fridge at Lowes. Waited 2 weeks because it was a special order. Understandable. Upon delivery, the guys were professional and polite. I waited the required 48 hrs for the fridge & freezer to catch up, and then stocked it. The fridge/freezer warked fine. Several days later, I went to the freezer and everything was thawed out. The freezer registered 29 degrees and the fridge 49 degrees overnight. The inside lights were also out. It was if the fridge had shut itself off. I ...

Too loud
Would Not RecommendI really wanted to like this fridge. But I hate it. It’s so loud and has so many weird knocking noises. Recently started making an unbearable buzzing noise that will not go away. Do not buy this fridge if you’re sensitive to noises. 😭
Lowes is very veteran friendly. Thank you.
Would RecommendProduct was absolutely perfect . And the Lowe’s team member helped me find exactly what I needed. Plus the gentleman that had delivered it done a fantastic job thank you.

Too loud
Would Not RecommendI would give this zero stars if I could. Too loud. Whirlpool should be embarrassed to sale a refrigerator that is this loud. My old fridge barley made a noise. Hoping I can return it.

Whirlpool French Door Refrigerator
Would RecommendI believe the refrigerator is 33 inches wide rather than as advertised as 35 inches wide, we always had Whirlpool products, they seem to work great for us. Thanks for helping us find this one.

Roomier inside with water dispenser mounted inside
Would RecommendProduce drawers are not as deep as my previous frig and they do not keep the moisture out as well even on the vegetable "setting". The drawers are sticky, hard to close. Love the water dispenser! Makes the room inside larger than the outside dispensers. A bonus.....magnets work on the doors! Great for leaving notes. Happy overall with this, just the crisper drawers negative.
