Scratch galore- Wrong Item

Scratches and everything in a brand new refrigerator. Delivery team left finger prints all over the inside and outside of it. Makes so much noise and tiny interior. Got a different one

19 cu ft of well planned interior space

It's not much larger on the outside than my 27 yr old fridge but it seems like there's a lot more well-thought out space inside. I like the freezer & ice on the bottom, the ice tray is easy to remove and empty into an icechest.

Perfect for small kitchens

We purchased this refrigerator in January and it is perfect for our small kitchen. I searched a long time to find a refrigerator that would fit through our kitchen door. It barely made it through. All the other french door refrigerators are huge. I am very happy with our purchase!

Modern but basic

Nothing not to like if you know it’s what you were looking for . Great for smaller kitchens, so far it’s perfect! Doesn’t have all the fancy extras and that’s what I like about it !

30" Refrigerator Opening

We are very restricted since we only have a 30" opening for a refrigerator. Very well thought out and attractive. Nice bright lights. Very pleased with this purchase.

Cheaply made for 1500 dollars!

So let me start with its a nice fridge but the directions for certain things could be better if your spending 1500 dollars. The air filter door just flops around and the directions misled me and said take out the foam well there was no foam so I ripped part of the fridge foam out that was suppose tobe in there. I also believe my 30" wide single door had more room. Oh and I can't get the air filter light to reset and go off on the screen. It also sounds like the fan is not balanced because there ...

The frige is fine. Not at all the sizes that were stated on the specifications. Clearly 2 inches shorter and two inches narrower than stated. I could have ordered a larger size! It doesn't have a few features I wanted and miss as they were on my very old refrigerator. It takes at least a week to fill the ice bucket! Other wise I like it. It took months (!) to get this refrigerator. I ordered in July and finally got it the end of October. Lowe's had no idea when or if I would ever get this frig...

Noisy. It makes a popping noise when it starts up.

Damage to rear during shipment

The refrigerator works fine so far, but it's concerning that it received any damage during shipment. Posting this review to make note of the issue in case it's a sign of greater problems in the future.

Full of regrets

I wanted to love this fridge. It fits my compact space, it's all-black (almost) and it looks good. That's the short list of pro's. The cons: #1. Defective ice maker. That's the important one and I'll come back to it. The rest are mostly minor issues that I could learn to live with if I at least had an ice-cold drink, but I don't. #2. Refrigerator doors

Received an email stating that Lowes responded to my review. As of now, I am not seeing a response. This is typical. I spent many hours with customer service and their subcontractors who are delivery only and cannot answer questions. The first refrigerator I received had a dent on the front so refused delivery.
