Terrible customer service
Would Not RecommendStill no email. Dont waste your money on Lowe extended warranty. Bought fridge AND warranty. Door does not close and seal properly. Lowes will not fix it. They say call manufacturer. Manufacturer says to Lowes. 800 number goes to useless voice prompts and chat bot is also useless. No one is accountable once you leave the store. Horrible customer service.

Would Recommendwe replaced our 15 plus year old working whirlpool appliances with new whirlpool appliances. whirlpool had the only refrigerator I was able to find that would fit into the space without making alterations.
