Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The temperature in the refrigerator fluctuates greatly. The door and drawer take a conscious effort to close; they do not “find” each other. The open woven metal bottom to the freezer drawer is a joke. If/when there is a problem with the freezer, I will have a mess to clean both inside the freezer as well as all over my floor. I am already sorry that I purchased this unit.

Very disappointed with this purchase. I was looking to replace my Kenmore refridgerator and based on the teeny tiny on-line photos I thought I had. Because it was a whirlpool, which makes Kenmore I thought I had found the replacement. When it arrived it was not as pictured and it's much smaller than I expected.

Whirpool products are very good

Lowe's pickup/ loading process is efficient

the freezer is on the bottom of the unit, The door handle is slim (doesn't stick out too far), it fits nicely in our kitchen, the whirlpool brand, fit and finish is great

Whirlpool bottom freezer refrig

I bought this whirlpool bottom freezer refrig one year 11 months ago and it is dead! The compressor is dead. I had the store service dept at my house and was told to call Whirlpool. Whirlpool gave me 20% off on a new refrig, which I had to shop online for and had to use the coupon within 30 days!!! I am extremely disappointed in the Whirlpool company! I would not recommend this company!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A complaint we have is that the ice maker is too noisy. Would have liked the sides of the refrigerator to be black , not gray.

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator and freezer does the job. I did not know that it included an ice maker. When we plugged it in the ice maker kept making noise and we thought there was something wrong with the refrigerator. Luckily, the ice maker had a separate shut off switch so once I discovered that and turned it off the clunky noise quit. We did not want ice maker and will not use it.

Terrible customer service

Still no email. Dont waste your money on Lowe extended warranty. Bought fridge AND warranty. Door does not close and seal properly. Lowes will not fix it. They say call manufacturer. Manufacturer says to Lowes. 800 number goes to useless voice prompts and chat bot is also useless. No one is accountable once you leave the store. Horrible customer service.

Affordable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to what I had this fridge is great. I like the freezer on the bottom. My only hang ups are I wish it was a bit wider and the water line wasn’t easy to connect. Maybe angle it out a bit.
