The design of the interior of this refrigerator is okay but forget EVER getting in touch with Whirlpool customer service. This refrigerator has a butane compressor, therefore the two Whirlpool contracted service people in my area will NOT work on it. The compressor makes rattling noises when it comes on and cuts off and is noisy. Trying to get back in touch with Whirlpool means at least a 30 minute hold and then, today, I spoke finally to someone who put me on hold and never came back. I am ...

Cancelled Delivery Twice
Would RecommendCan't get a human to reschedule. Driver refused to deliver because he says the road to my house is too narrow. I had major appliances delivered by Lowe's as recently as last year. I think you just overworked the driver. I was delivery number 16 in one day.

Not our greatest purchase
Would Not RecommendWe bought this refrigerator 6 months ago. Recently the freezer cabinet liner split from front to back on the bottom. Whirlpool said this was cosmetic and the fix was a piece of white tape. Three technicians have said this functional (not cosmetic). Next stop will be NY Consumer Protection Agency. Also, the drawers do not operate smoothly.

We liked it so much that when we saw the exact model was still on the market we bought another. Couldn’t believe the prices of fridges nowadays but were fortunate to find it on sale.
