Powerful clean machine

It cleans easily-the size is perfect- I have used the preheat, and reheat features and it worked amazing, the food was warmed evenly, no hot or cold spots. The inside is very spacious ! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as advertised. Rated as average due to: 1. The clunkyness of the sound the door makes when it closes. 2. The interior lighting is below par partly due to the low lumen bulbs. 3. The interior panels are gray instead of white making it dark inside. 4. The keyboard feels cheaper than the Whirllpool unit this one replaced.

Not what I was hoping for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't care for the functionality of the buttons. The timer doesn't automatically just stop - it keeps beeping at you. I'm not a fan of the running the timer while also trying to use the microwave which use to be easy and now it's a pain. I don't like the sound of the door shutting - it's like a bang.

Stopped working after two years!!! Don’t buy!!!

This is absolutely ridiculous. After paying $110. For installation and then 200 and something dollars for the microwave to get two years out of. It is absolutely disgusting.

The product is a good value for the money

I wish the overhead light on the microwave was mounted closer to the front of the appliance. The product is a good value for the money it cost. I would buy the same model again.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent microwave to replace an older model that lasted 28 years. I like that is has a built in light feature as well as a fan to use above our oven / range. The light is not as bright and does offer a low and high medium setting. The filter for the fan is thin but is easy to remove and clean. It has great timing features! I would highly recommend this product if you are in need of an over the range microwave.

Great Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have ever had an above range microwave and I love it. I chose a bigger size so that I would know I had plenty of room to cook or reheat whatever I needed to. The microwave works great and does everything I need it to.

Not enough light and hard to see inside
