I like the look

Not a great microwave. Doesn't heat evenly. The controls are a hassle. If you are more interested in looks this will be good for you. Not user friendly. I use the preset one minute a 30 second feature the majority of the time. I do like the open button so you can use your knuckle without getting fingerprints on the glass.

Exceeded our hoped for features

Ventilation

First one i bought lasted 3 months and was a nightmare to get it replaced even though I bought all kitchen appliances to match with extended warranty. Took roughly another 4 months before I seen my new one show up. It last 2 months and same issues. It's the ventilation door and no one can figure it out. Not impressed and suggest to stay away from this model at all costs.

Horrible Product

Do NOT be fooled by the sleek design. This is the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever owned. The touch controls on the front constantly fail to read your finger and those are the only option to get it to start. It also has awful hot spots due to not having a turntable. I would give this zero stars if I could. Especially considering how expensive it was.

Completely stopped working in less than 2 years. Terrible mircowave.

Barely used, electric screen broke after few month

Used it less than 9month and screen stopped working. Pixelated and unreadable. Warranty didn’t provide any help because they count from day you purchase, not actually install. Due to tariff and price hikes, we bought it several months earlier in 2025. Bought it for $399, now sells for $629. Whirlpool doesn’t care, service dept asked to pay ourselves for repair or buy new. Very unhappy with low quality product.

very poor quality

purchase it march 2024 and already having issues with it. whirlpool asking for over 300 dollars to diagnose the issue. to replace fuse i had to disassemble completely. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY WHIRLPOOL OR FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCTS

Best microwave I have ever owned

This Whirlpool flush built-in microwave has been a great addition to my kitchen. It heats food evenly and consistently, which has made a noticeable difference compared to previous models I’ve used. Broke less than year - terrible warranty

Loved the look and the idea of this microwave, but the performance was just so so. It never heated things as evenly or as quickly as our prior microwaves. Then, two days shy of a year it completely stopped working - buttons not responding and door not registering that it was closed so the light inside stayed on constantly. Repair tech said wiring to door went bad, ordered new door. Nearly 3 weeks later and no door has arrived. Repair tech is now non-responsive, but we were told on their initial ...
