[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the low profile microwave in that it solves two problems. since it sticks out farther than a typical over the range model, it catches more of the steam from things cooking on the stove. So the fan is more efficient. Secondly the low profile gives us much more cooking area above the stove. The styling is very nice as well. That being said, there are a few features that our old model had that we miss. For one it doesn't have the express ...

The flawless microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did a kitchen remodel and we chose the low profile microwave in white Was leary at first about the exhaust system which works beautifully The top kitchen cabinets are white and the white microwave looks exquisite Over all the microwave performs flawlessly and we are very happy with our choice

No functional audible notification.
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally, the microwave is fine on the heating and cooking functions. The issue with it may seem small, but the audible notification sound is so low in volume that it is useless, and it can't be adjusted. If something is mistakenly left inside, there is no notification alert. And we just have to estimate the time if we walk into a different room.

Quality low- profile microwave
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are happy with this purchase. We like the extra room that the low- profile provides us on the stove top. Only thing we think would improve this is a brighter light on the bottom that shines on the no farther away stove surface. Would have given 5 stars if it was brighter.

Very Basic Functions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only owned this microwave less than a month, so can't speak to performance long term. It works as expected and heats things well. It is very basic without sophisticated settings and has limited preset buttons for what I want to use it for. When using the defrost, there is not a setting for what I am defrosting, and it took me a while to figure out that the entry is by weight only.
