[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washing machine is so quiet. It does a great job cleaning and spinning the clothes too. I tried the feature to dry the inside of the machine when I was done, but that took a really long time. I'll probably just leave the door open to avoid odors when done.

Boo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does NOT clean well. Bumping it up heavy soil setting seems to slightly help. Now it takes hours (+3) for a regular size load to cycle. Only about a month old and clothes are dripping wet when finished.

Great efficiency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity is 0.5 cu ft larger than the Whirlpool washer I replaced, which is a nice bonus. Machine is very efficient. The dry drum feature is great for keeping the machine fresh.

Great machine overall

The capacity is huge and with the feature that blows a fan on the clothes until you are able to take them out keeps the clothes smelling fresh. I also love that it reminds you to do a clean cycle to keep the machine working at its best and efficient.

Disappointed

Wash selection knob is not desirable because it is hard to see what is selected unless you lean down to the same level. I previously had a GE fresh vent front load that was much nicer. The dial would light up the selection so you could easily see This washer seems to have skipped all user friendly functionality to keep the price down. I wish I had purchased another GE but I really thought this ...

Nice washer

Broke within two weeks

AVOID RUN AVOID RUN

Product will break within 1 year of you purchase just like mine. Have you ever heard of their CONTRACTED repair service? Platinum Repair service is the absolute worst servicer. I absolute regret making this purchase as it has been less than a year and I have to call Platinum Factory Repair service everyday to get updates. Whirlpool will NOT replace your washer. You will go weeks and even months like I currently am with a broken washer. avoid this entire brand at all cost!!!!!!!!

Don't buy these washer dryers

The start stop "button" isn't actually a button but more a pad that you need to press and 3 second hold to start. The majority of the time it's not responsive or your fingers not in the exact spot so you have to redo it. Why do we need to press and hold to start? Why not just a normal press to start?! It's advertised as a child safety feature, last time I checked adults generally do the laundry. Not to mention the tiny display screen and 10 second laggy start up animation. My toaster hasba faste...
