Absolute junk

This is trash. Constant error codes, and it gets worse and worse. You also can't clean the filter because of the terrible design. I wish I had a time machine to go back and warn myself about this terrible washer. Unless it was a whirlpool brand time machine. Please don't buy this washer!

This senior has to get used to it!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was intimidated at first as there are so many computer sized features, I was just used to pulling knobs in and out. However I'm getting used to it now.... it's very very quiet I forget it's in my house and does a good job with laundry. I would prefer adjusting my water level but understand it's all done by sensors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer needs MORE WATER to effectively clean laundry. Washer needs INDICATOR TO SHOW WHAT STAGE IN THE WASH CYCLE THE WASHER IS IN e.g. washing, bleach, softener, rinsing, draining, extra rinse. Also the front DOOR DIAMETER IS TOO BIG causing fingers to be pinched when opening and closing. Design flaw - soap dispenser tray cannot be opened or closed without the TOO BIG front door being closed.

Nice Washer/minor issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit came with our new home. It is a nice unit, the only issue we have has is trouble using detergent pods. They were not completely dissolving using a normal cycle. Has to tweak our usual settings and now seems to be working just fine.

LESS THAN MEDIOCRE

We were prepared to buy an LG set, which we have had in our previous homes. We don’t love it. It’s complicated to operate, way too many buttons and I just don’t feel it does the best job. Don’t like the 3-second delay. Regarding the dryer, I can’t seem to get the temperature high enough to dry completely unless it’s at 1:48 minutes. I NEVER do large loads. It just...

Minor issue

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Had it a 2 or 3 years. Does a good job. Last few months occasionally finishes without completely draining. Suspect filter needs cleaning but support says it doesn't have one? Solve by running it on "drain & spin" short cycle.
