Junk don't buy

We purchased this unit new and just after warranty went out so did circuit board so it was replaced and now we have had this unit 3yrs and every year we have to buy a new circuit board and eat the cost don't ever buy one of these.

Motor Broke after 2 years, $400 fix

The uptake motor broke and is a $400 fix... The washer cost me $330 new! Now have to buy another one, is cheaper than fixing it.

Problems starting at year 3

Dishwasher was purchased new and quit functioning properly right at 3 year mark. Expected better from the brand.

Short life appliance.

Last month I got a notice that I could buy an extended warranty for my dishwasher - too late! We bought this 07/23 and it is already kaput. I am told the unit has an F4E3 error code and the cost to repair and replace a pump motor will run into the hundreds. That would leave me with a machine no better than when it was new and, thus, one likely to die again in just a few years. It should not have broken so soon. I have family with a 15 year-old Whirlpool dishwasher, a different model to be sure. ...

Poor choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with the new house construction. I am not happy with it. The front panel has a blemish on it. The bottom panel cannot be put on because parts are missing.

Does A Good Job For One Year

We remodeled our kitchen a year and a half ago, the dishwasher barely made it past the one year mark before it quit drying and washing properly. When it worked properly it did a great job. I know it’s a cheap dishwasher and you do get what you pay for but what made it worse was I tried to contact for help to see if anything could be done since when the issues first started, it was only 2 months out of warranty but just got told to schedule a service, and that was a dead end. This is the worst dishwasher I have ever had. It doesn't matter what you put in to clean dishes it leaves suds in the bottom. The heat dry will not turn off. You get heat dry even if you turn it off. Run is all I can say,

So Quiet and Cleans Well

This dishwasher does a great job of cleaning. It is so quiet! There is a pass through between our kitchen and our living room, and you don't hear the dishwasher, so it doesn't interfere with conversation or watching TV. It is reasonably priced, too.

To wash or not to wash, flip a coin

Got this dishwasher new with new house. One of these worse dishwashers I've ever owned. From the get go after 3 washes the pump/motor module under the bottom side stopped working. So I figured, "huh maybe I need to just flush it out", did that nothing changed.
