Hooking Up to Natural Gas - WGen 9500TFc
Would RecommendMany reviews report that the Westinghouse 25' hose doesn't work with the WGen 9500TFc. Some report an issue with the fittings, NPT, SAE, MIP, FIP, etc. My experience was much different. I purchased two items to interface with my natural gas meter. A 3/4" to 1/2" reducing elbow (so I could connect from underneath) and a 1/2" FL to 1/2 MIP union. Nothing needed for the quick disconnect at the generator. Failed
Would Not RecommendWe bought 2 of these generators during a severe storm in INDIANA and they both broke down in 3 days, went to Lowe's for assistance and they washed their hand and would not help us. Left message for Manager Joe, at Scererville store as instructed he never bothered to call us back. Now we have 2 generators that are still broken and now fighting with manufacturer and paid extra for warranty Will never spend another dime at Lowe's.

Three options for fuel
Would RecommendI had to purchase the is due to severe weather and glad I finally did. It works great and plan on using the natural gas in the future. Having to use the propane and gasoline was helpful especially since most gas stations had to shut down and fuel was scarce.

Tri fuel option
Would RecommendFirst generator. Went together pretty easy. We will see how it works. The oil fill location is difficult to access. They do give you a bent fill spout. They atleast do recognize the situation.
