lowes used fedex to ship my generator. They said it would be delivered on one day and then just kept pushing it back a day for almost a week. when it finally did arrived the box was destroyed and the generator was covered in oil. I said something to the delivery driver and he told me it wasn't his problem. never again will I buy anything of any value from Lowes

having propane and gas is a great extra to have,

bought this for my camper needed something to run everything including a/c. best decision

Easy set up

Luckily, I have not had to use my generator yet, but I am reviewing how easy it was to put together and to set up for you. We have the generlink plug and set up was easy. Luckily, we did not lose power during our bad storm.

Very poor customer service

Generator will not even begin to start. Followed all instructions provided in owners manual, troubleshooting guide and those provided when I called customer service but generator will not even turn over when using the start button, remote start or pull rope. Pulled once on the pull rope and not only did it not start, but the rope will not retract. Pull cord didn’t work out of the box after Westinghouse sent the wrong replacement part twice they stopped responding

As a senior a remote start is a real asset. This one also has a remote start.

Quality product - customer service could be better

Picked up from Lowes 06/20/2024. Post Helene, product used extensively. Currently at about 7000 run hours. I bought this generator less than a month ago and when it was started up , it would run briefly and then shut off each time . i called the manufacturer and after two phone calls I finally talked to someone and was told that it was probably a faulty sensor .
