a funny thing happened when unboxing-- found silver nut in box, saw the 4 bolts for the feet-I'm 3 nuts short. I could not find remote in box, perplexing moment! I figured out- bolts didnt need nuts-- the remote was tied to battery cable, so I came out a nut ahead-- hope I wont get billed for it.

They said it would be delivered on one day and then just kept pushing it back a day for almost a week. when it finally did arrived the box was destroyed and the generator was covered in oil. Love my new upgraded generator!
Would RecommendI had help setting the generator up, fairly easy process though, it started right up after following set up instructions. I really like the heavy duty handle, very easy to pull around for this woman.

Nice generator
Would RecommendBought it two days ago and very happy with it. Started very easy. Only assembly required was the easy mounting of the wheels and resting pads. Just a little difficulty to add the engine oil.

Peace of mind
I purchased the generator because of the constant power outages in my area. I have a family member on continuous oxygen and knowing I can keep the oxygen machine operating if the power goes out gives me some peace of mind.
