Bought this to power our RV when off grid. Powers our battery recharge well and runs the AC. But not at the same time.

This is my second iGen generator!

I received this generator as a gift since I already owned another smaller iGen generator and now I can run the two in parallel if needed. So far, this generator has been great! It's nice a quiet and well made. The pull handle makes it convenient to move around as it's a bit heavier than my smaller unit. I have tried running the two generators in parallel and it couldn't be easier to set up-- just plugging in the cables between the two units. That's it.

Small but mighty!

This generator is small, but mighty! It’s the quietest generator I’ve ever heard. My husband stood next to it while one the phone with me, and I couldn’t hear it!

Won't run and horrible customer service

I bought this generator from Lowes on July 8th. It is now August 5th. I intended to run this generator only on propane. To this day I have not been able to get the generator to run. I have been through many troubleshooting emails with Westinghouse. They sent me a new propane regulator and I've tried two different full propane tanks. Lowes will do nothing...only refer me to Westinghouse. Completely unacceptable customer service from both Lowes and Westinghouse. I bought a brand new product from L...

Showed up in great shape and with all accessories and tools needed, great instructions. Haven’t used yet but soon!

Runs Great

I like, and recommend this generator. But one of the side panels came without the black locking knob. There is an empty hole where the knob should be.

light weight I can lift it in and out of my truck

I am only giving 4 stars now because i just purchased the generator. I purchased it to power my travel trailer. I set it up and ran it for 5 hrs. connected to a pop-up camper varying the loads to break in. I will see how well it holds up and give an update.

Just purchased this generator today & my family & I love it so far! Was pretty easy to set up & definitely works efficiently. It isn't as quiet as we thought it'd be & the funnel was missing but besides that, it's a great product. Works as advertised!

Cheap but good option

Bought this last year for track days. Powers 4 sets of tire warmers really well and does a camper ac unit with one set of warmers. Good price.

Set was easy. Followed break-in instructions and changed oil. It is working well, quiet and powerful. Like the display info., too!
