Sturdy step ladder, but tray is hard to fold

This step ladder seems to be fairly well built, and I like the size of the third step and tray. The only problem I have found is that the tray does not fold up smoothly - it takes a little fiddling around with it before it will go back into place. It's possible that the the hinges are bent out of shape a little so I may try to fix that.

Very sturdy, right height for jobs around the house, tray holds everything nicely as well. Easy to move and unfold and store.

Werner 3-step foldable step stool

I really like the Werner step stool. It's sturdy, safe and provides extra room for tools etc. Great product and I highly recommend.

Love the tray with compartments and wide steps, I feel very comfortable standing on the top step and very stable.

Helpful around the house

This step stool is a great help in getting jobs done around the house, with its "platform" step and the rubber pads on the legs. The fold-down tray is far superior to the little shelf on a step ladder.

Pretty good overall

Does the job overall. Only major flaw I've found using it is the tray cannot lock in the upright position. This is incredibly annoying if you're dragging the step-stool around the house for multiple projects, and have to take extra care of the tray to not spring open and cause damage. Other than that, I use it mostly for changing light bulbs, trimming low hanging tree branches from my driveway, etc.

worth the price

I bought this for my wife to paint our Air B&B. It is light weight, making it very easy for her to carry, and it's very sturdy. the built-in shelf is very convenient for her painting supplies.
