A nice ladder, perfect for just about everything. I felt safe on this ladder and I am 5ft and 68 years old. Thought my climbing days were over, not so.

Set the ladder on solid ground and step up to the platform and it is solid, feels like you are on the ground.The ladder is built very strong, does not jiggle.

Werner Platform Step Ladder

This is the best step ladder I have ever owned. It is very sturdy and stable. I have used a lot of step ladders, from 4' to 16' with an 8' extension. However, now being in my 70's, I am not as steady on a ladder as I used to be. The platform makes me feel more secure and working in different directions without having to constantly go up and down the ladder to adjust its location. I can also lean my leg against the tool holder for more stability.

Sturdy ladder but too heavy, awkward for me

I received from my neighbor and thought it would be perfect. Only good if you are a 5'9 - 6' tall guy with upper body strength and using outside. Platform is great. Sign on it said reach was 10 ft - not. Needed for interior. Truth is that it is a glorified step ladder. I am 5'5". I have strained my back badly just picking it up and moving it. Great ladder

This is the sturdiest ladder I have ever used. I love the platform for sitting my items on and the nooks for hanging other items. I feel secure reaching my gutters or hanging lights. It is a bit heavy, but a trade off for the sturdeyness. Great purchase for our home.

Best ladder I’ve ever owned!

This Werner ladder with the platform from which you can work, is without a doubt the best ladder I have owned over the last forty years. I don’t say that lightly. Since you aren’t supposed to go past a certain level on a ladder - never to the top rung - the placement of the platform is perfect. Allows me to work comfortably and safely

I use this various home tasks. I can reach ceilings easily, move large and heavy items from tall shelves and crawl spaces and many other things. All the while I do not worry about falling off due to the large platform and the "railing" helps me keep balance.

Excellent Ladder

Bought this ladder to trim my fica hedge which is 7-8 feet tall and 3.5 feet wide. The platform is very stable. Has a lip on the toe side of it to prevent overstepping and the top rail curves slightly on each side to provide a small measure of additional safety when turning or standing sideways. Very light.

Scratched up and dirty. That's what Lowes did to a very good Werner ladder. I considered leaving it with lowes, but the ladder will have paint and dirt on it after the first use. Still, I expect a new product to be in new condition. The ladder is great. I can cut in 10ft ceilings without trying to balance on a ladder rung. Get the snap in tool bucket that Werner sells. It's worth the money. Holds paint, tape, tools, etc leaving both hands free to work.
